That was several years ago. As my condition worsens, I use oxygen

I hated the sleep test because of the gooey mess in my head and I had a male doctor for the test. He had to escort me to the bathroom about 4 times during the night. When he finally woke me and put me on a Cpap, because of my lack of oxygen, I slept the remaining time with no problem.
I refused to use the Cpap, couldn't stand it. Felt tied down, etc. But a year later, in the hospital, I was sent home with a BiPap. I used it, because I got used to it in the ICU. Now I truly love it and can't sleep without it.
If I didn't have severe emphysema, and could breathe pretty good, I probably would not like it.

Yeah didn't breath well and stop breathing etc.like you decribe. Hey you really need that machine so glad you are using it.
I have a bad ass story but not good to talk about here. One day I might share my story.
