And, in the past 4 months (that's when Val and I met), lol!! I started singing again!!
When I first was diagnosed, my Occupational Therapist taught me about the pursed lip breathing, and about the diaphragm, and I told her, "I already know about the diaphragm, cause i'm a singer, and that's how we used to breath, when we sang, right from the diaphragm, and she was BEARY impressed!
So, that's so cool, cause i'm still singing, wherever I go, like in the car, in the shower, at home, etc..
