You can get one like I have for less and its very easy to fold up and lightweight so even I can manage it well. I will get u more information and where to order later cause I will have to go look the information up and with my filing system it might take a little while(LOL) I really love mine but it is actually made more for indoors .

I have the 3 wheel one, it tips on uneven surfaces or if you go to fast. I'd like the Performance/Recreational 4 wheel one :>)

The 3 wheel one you sent looks like the one I had in Vegas, it was a great little bike. The prices are great also. I don't have medicare. I'm in that 2 year wait period. My insurance just ran out after the first year, not sure what I'm going to do to get me through the next year. Checking out my options here in Oregon. I may just go down to the community health center.

I think medicare will get u one for inside use but if u want one to go places u have to get portable at least thats the way it is in our state.
mine is shoprider and it is lightlweight so if you need heavy duty its not for u but my husband could use it he was over 200lbs it does not go goos in grass or gravel but on pavement or inside buildings it is super . You can find one for less than 600.00. I love mine but if you want one to use in yard go with 4 wheel that states it's for outside they are but fot use like in your yard I have one and I absolutely would not do much of anything around here without it. In fact I have 2 my husband had one too so now when one battery goes down I can use the other . I highly recomend them they have made my life so much better. Good luck

Same here Georgia, But I'd really like a four wheel one. I live in the woods out in the country & Iike to go out a lot. As a matter of fact I've been going out a lot more since I got a van to drive it into. Don't have to take it apart. My husband is a disabled Vet & he get's grants from the VA for adaptations for cars & stuff. That's what really set me free! That 4 wheeled scooter would be cool. Think it goes 30 miles on a charge:>)

Medicare will cover the cost even if it is out or in I think,. At least the commericals I see on TV here shows people on them in or outdoors.
Some insurance carriers will cover them . You should call your insurance carrier and ask for the Durable Medical Equip dept,
Also I was told by my oxygen supplier that after being on Medicare 36 months and them paying for the concentrator that it will belong to me.
So I guess I will see
