Exercise is a well-known solution in general for strengthening the heart, improving blood circulation, keeping blood pressure in check, maintaining a healthy weight, strengthening bones, keeping mentally sharp, and improving sleep quality and energy levels.
But for someone with COPD, where breathing becomes a challenge and breathlessness a way of life, even doing the simple things is an effort.
This makes exercise and activity a crucial component in order to reclaim, maintain and enjoy life.

I have to converse our air condtitioning got a huge bill//
So we turn up the air so maybe we can save money.
whoes got money? that green stuff.
Yeah but we have to save our gasoline too!
NO buses out here either, nothing out in the boonies.
So with hurt foot I am watching it on TV heehee will catch up on excerising later.
waiting for foot and weather to get cooler.
