My daughter had a beautiful baby boy yesterday!! My first grandbaby, so very excited!! He was a bit early--due July 4, but she started having health issues, so the doc had to intervene. Since she is so "old," it was a high risk pregnancy. But mom and baby and dad are healthy and happy. Just had to share this good news!!

CONGRATULATIONS GRANDMA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son was also due the 4th of July and was born June 30th.

Oh I bet you are SO thrilled. I still remember that special special
feeling that comes with the first one.

Congrats Grandma! Including stepdaughters I have 5 girls & not one of them is in baby mode at this time. I have 2 stepgrandsons who are adorable & unfortunately live 15 hours away by car so I haven't met them yet.

Congratulations to you and your family. I know of no better gift than a new grandchild. I just have one and he lives too far away but we stay in touch regardless and little Marc, now six, is so loved. They are coming down here in August and I can't wait.

Enjoy every minute with that baby.
