Hi Everyone,
I did much better today in Rehab.
I cut my symbicort dose in 1/2 and during exercise today my pulse rate did not go above 145!
I told the rehab people what happened when I left on Tuesday so today they kept me longer, and I did bring and drink the orange juice before I left the room.
I want to thank you all for your great caring advice. You Helped!
We are leaving for Skyline Drive Va. @ about 3:00 AM so we miss Fridays morning rush hour traffic into Washington DC. (we decided to rest some tonight before we get going)
So Until Monday my good friends, enjoy your weekend, watch the moon in the night sky its beautiful, and dont forget to find something wonderful and good in each day!

Oh wow ! that is great news to hear. So glad you can now have rehab work for you and that you have more confidence. Less medicine is good too !!

At least you will have plenty of reading over he week-end from all eight extra long messages I sent you on the subject.

I am delighted that you are aleady showing progress but as our physiotherapists says take it in baby steps - one steo at a time.
