Portable Oxygen Concentrators

Morning - I am still trying to decide which is the better portable oxygen concentrator - I keep bouncing between the evergo and the airsep freestyle - does anyone use either of these machines? what are your thoughts

any information is greatly appreciated.

Icantalk, as I understand the continuous is preferred when using a cannula+hose longer than 35 feet for the reason as stated below.

"The PulseDose triggering is not significantly affected by the cannula length, but the delivery of oxygen is affected. If the cannula is longer than 35 feet, the pulse of oxygen is delayed. Remember the therapeutic moment during the inhalation cycle. If the oxygen is not delivered during this time, the benefits will not be realized."

Our breathing is much more shallow when we sleep and dependent on the individual there is a possibility that the breathing may be too shallow to activate the pulse system.

I use a 50 ft plus a 7 ft cannula at night so I use the continuous flow During the day, (and I am away from home) if and when I need 02, I use the pulsedose from the portable unit. My portable is battery operated so therefore, dependent on the flow, you will save battery time.

The Portable Oxygen Concentrators are very popular now a days. They are very comfortable and are recommended by most of the doctors. These Oxygen Concentrators are providing their use through out the day with having any time for sleeping mode, as they are having separate mode for this operation.
