Everyone there is a lot of good posting today thank you all.
I do agree with eating lots of fruits and veggies. I should eat more.
I do agree that moderate exercise helps.
Best wishes to all.

Very good reminder. Some days I really have to force myself to do the exercising, but when I don't, I really feel bad. For one thing in pulmonary rehab they taught us to use the pursed lipped breathing while you're exercising. Also 'belly breathing' has become natural to me. The belly breathing is most helpful & it's the natural way we breath when we are born. Watch your grandkids breath. When they inhale their belly's go out & in when they exhale. Somewhere along the line we start doing the opposite. I'm thinking it's being told when we're kids to "stand up straight & suck in that belly"! Wrong message :>))
Like Deb, I too, do a lot of PLB and belly breathing. Often I found I would forget to breath...messed up on my Doc 's oximeter every time and gave me very low readings! Now I belly breathe!
