The Icy Hot sounds good but I heard the batteries are expensive and they don't last long. I reckon you get what you pay for.
pf is overlooked by normal pulmonary dr's---it takes one that specializes in it (1 where i live)----you might want to find a specialist in your area.
it is opposite of copd that is "obstructive"---it is 'restrictive' and causes pain due to it restricting the lungs.
my thoughts and prayers are with you & i hope you can find help in relieving your pain (((HUGS))))
