I have now lost 103 pounds since December 2013... so a grand total of 140 pounds now!!
The Dr took me off my last water pill, so since surgery 6 months ago, off bp med, both water pills, and I was on 2 doses per day...then one dose on 1 of the water pills....and down on my dosage of my thyroid pill!
YAY me!!!!

I have about 70 more to go, so that is my idea, it Dr said to see how it feels...and go from there, once I'm closer.
I am breathing better, don't get SOB very much at all!
I'm on 3 liters at night with my bi Pap only.
I see the pulmonologist in September.
So no changes in that.....YET!
