hi all!
Just stopping in to say hi, and hope you are all feeling good, and surviving this nasty winter season we have all been going thru!!
I'm doing well. I've had a stomach bug, I guess it's going around, but finally feeling a bit better today.
I see my pulmonologist this week, hoping to get off the O2 at night, and I have been sleeping WITHOUT my Bi Pap machine, because val told me I am not snoring, when I drift off , without putting it on!!
I think from losing the weight, that I have now weaned myself away from the sleep apnea!!!
I have now lost, 66 pounds since December 2nd.!!!
I feel so much better, am breathing better, walking a bit better, and sleeping soundly, ONCE I GET to sleep! Still dealing with the insomnia, and the night shift, that I would prefer NOT to have!
My picture is new, I took it about 3 weeks ago.

sorry to hear that you got the stomach bug...that is nooooo fun and i hope you feel better soon.
i can relate to the insomnia. i finally got netflix so at least i can watch something on tv until i fall asleep.
Jarca...I'm addicted to Netflix too! I am not going off the O2 until my Pulm says so, but thank you for caring...
Z....I had gastric bypass surgery..which is a very good tool! But a very big decision for someone to go forward with. I would suggest you look into weight watchers...its a great plan, healthy, and teaches you how to eat healthy, and help with portion control.

I feel so good, but my spinal stenosis, and hip pain, and my bothersome, severe pain in my thigh is still bad.
I'm hoping when I start my Water Therapy, that will help.
My Dr thinks it may be Nerve related, so if losing more weight doesn't help..He is going to try putting me on Neurontin.
