Hi...wondered why you were so quiet at Canada Forum....Hope you get better feedback here.....Very much expecting too much if one thinks this site will remotely be the same as the old DS..

I have found a group ("cananda & world") that I enjoy, get lots of support & information; so i will continue to have as my home group.
I just thought it ironic that DS "found me" after a year of frustration. However, I have no expectations of this ever becoming the active support group that it once was.
qwapo- just been busy with yard work to post; rainy & cold today so i'm staying indoors; you will see i have updated in my 'home group'.
i just popped in here as the weather today gives me a look around here & find if my old journals are still in tact (i had info in them when i went to dr's & stuff that i'd like to retrieve if still here.....see ya in canada or fb :)
Like you, I may check now & then, but I do hope newcomers find and active board & I have no expectation that DS is ever going to become "active" again.

it's been awhile, but when DS made the new changes to the website, that's when I said good bye! Very user unfriendly and it lost the '"warm and fuzzy feeling" that the old one had. Hope u r well. Nothing good lasts forever!

I too was finally found by DS. God how I miss all my old friends. During many hospitalizations they were my only link to the outside world. It was cruel to break all of us up. We laughed and grieved together. Many was closer than the "live" friends I have because only another suffering with end stage COPD would understand. I saw your name Jarca and I remember we was friends.

Glad to see you back! I'm finally back too. I hope you're doing well. I can't find Silfoxx (aka Jim) on here. How is he doing?
