Oh I don/t know, It seems a bit confusing, and I do not want to confuse yu any more!! Maybe rught now the list is the best thing, as well as having friends call you every so often to check it out.
But I still say you should see your doctor about this , and see if he could come up with any ideas. Sometimes I have made lists, then forgot where I put the lists! But I am getting better, because I now have a large spiral right next to my bed that I keep a daily log of all I do, vitals, meds, exercise, ect.
There is an answer out there somewhere and I hope you find it. Take care of yourself. OH yes, put "TURN ON OXYGEN: at the top of your list... : )

Back in my younger days , at least, that is what a club was...a place to smoke, drink (if you want to) dance, and have fun.......
I know it is not my business, and I have not been out clubbing for to many years, so maybe things have changed..
