. I have been on night 02 since 2008. There is nothing to it. The only problem I have is I wake up sometimes and I am not even wearing it or it has slide over and I have only 1 prong in the nostril. I havent found any solution for that so just refix it and go back to sleep.
some of our members here are on CPAP machines at night but I am not so dont have any information in that area.

We put my O2 concentrator just outside the bedroom door the first night & then moved it as far away as we could. Now we hardly hear it.

I, too, have my concentrator as far away from the bedroom as possible. And I use a full face mask - I'm one with a CPAP, too. The only thing I'd suggest is to attach a humidifier bottle (if you don't already use one) to help keep your nose, etc., from drying out.

what is the o2 concentrator?

To explain as best I can - mine is a big, old, clunky, noisy machine. It converts room air into pure oxygen that is delivered through tubing and a cannula. It also can regulate how many liters of oxygen is delivered per minute (LPM). It has a space where a humidifier bottle filled with distilled water can be attached, tubing feed from this and the oxygen you receive is then moisturized.

Others use liquid oxygen concentrators (?), but I know little about these, never having had one. Perhaps they might comment.

I also am on 02 at night. My concentrator is right next to my bed and I find the humming of the machine is very soothing. When lincare delivered it to me I said the same thing its to loud and he said most people fine it soothing, and he was right. So try it and see what you think.
