Allergy shots I've been taking last ten more the have made a tremendous difference.
I often hurt a lot and am worn out from coughing. I think I have emphesema and bronchitis both.....and I have several asthma atack episodes every day.
I should clarify my response. Many copd patients have both emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Mucus is associated with the bronchitis aspect. I don't have chronic bronchitis.
i had a very wet cough when i smoked, but once my lungs cleared up now i choke to death trying to cough.
i've always thought of emphysema as "dry" and bronchitis as "wet"
With allergies better under control I can handle the mucos pretty well with percussion and vibration. Before I even had trouble laying down because I felt like I was drowning. I still have bouts that hit me but not as hard.....just finished cedar fever season without a single infection and not too bad on the mucos and sneezing.......here comes spring.
