Also, you can run over the "healthy person". If the person is not wearing 02, using a walker or crutches, riding in a wheelchair and is texting while ignoring everyone around and you know that they will get into a car, drive and continue texting.....I say just flatten them where they stand. Bet they stop texting.
Look, I know it never pays to say a person "looks" healthy so I guess we have to be careful here.
But the person texting, just go for it before they run you down with their cart!!
i think i'm going to get a new cd player (if i ever get to walmart---i hate that store) and get one of those "rockin to the oldies" that has toe tappin music that maybe i can "move to" when i dust & do lite housework.
(if ya hear i threw out a hip, ya know i "swung it" a little too zealously to the music ;)
that's one drag we all live so far apart---it would be fun to get together & "motivate" each other a few days a week :)
Pat, I am so glad you are getting the exercise started. It does make you feel better. I have had several illness and test done since my last rehab that had prevented me from exercising, so when I started back, it was at ground zero, and it is hard!!!
But keep up the good work, and get in shape for that surgery.
Rachel, please do not throw a hip put with all that rocking and rolling..have fun

It was started early on for a place to just go and discuss or gripe about physical fitness and other matters sometimes. we had some wonderful members there. Some are no longer with us and some just left DS. But at least check it out.
