Saw a few times that people are taking/drinking lemon juice for COPD. Can anyone tell me what the benefits are etc.

You reminded me that my grandma had her fresh lemon juice in water each morning too. She had beautiful skin and lived to be 95 so I guess it didn't hurt!!

I'm out of George's aloe vera juice but I have a lemon I'll try next. Since I have been having another "flare up", it can't help but be good for me too.

I can't say what the formal benefits are, but all that I can say is I feel so much better when I drink lemon juice. I'm able to cough up the gunk which makes me feel lighter and breath easier. Hope this works for you. Health and blessings to all.

i have been drinking lemon juice for over a year now .it helps to break loose the gunk and to help the kidneys cleanse all the poison build up over night and of course the skin hair and vitamins, then my wife takes the rind and cleans the counter tops and sink as it is also bacteria killer and the boils the leftovers to use in dishwater and toilets and laundry rinse, and sometimes a rinse for the hair to break loose the soap build up for beautiful shiney hair . air deoderizer a million uses in our house .LEMONS are copd friendly!!!!
