So glad the "night crew" is with me from other time zones and states around the country! And, I know...other countries too!
Getting tired..almost 2am my time. Long day...hoping my hip injections start to give me more relief tomorrow, when I wake up.
Good night all!

Yes, I have my O2 concentrator in the other room, because it throws off so much heat! I have a fan on at night, so I actually don't here it, when i'm on oxygen at night, so that's good.
My Mom said my schedule is backwards..i'm like a vampire..i sleep during the day, and come out at night! hahaha!

I would get off work at 12:30 noon, and be home by 1:pm! Talk about backwards....I had to black out my windows, turn the fan up on high to block out dogs, cars, ect. I would usually eat at the chow hall at noon, then come home and shower, and be in bed by 3 pm, no later.
And WOE to the fool that rang my doorbell or called and it was not an emergency!! Since i had kids in other places I had to hacve a way for them to contact me, but heck, no one bothered. No one wanted to set off old lady Rapp when she was tired!!!
But I had more people look at me and say "How can you sleep like that, and be so backwards!! " I would say if they worked as hard as i did they would sleep in the day also, and I was not backwards, THEY were the one's backwards, I was perfectly normal!!!
So for all you late nighters, or all nighters, I understand. My age and health will not let me do that any more, well, I am retired, so don.t need to. But it is the best time to get work done, and I would sleep during the hot Texas days...now who is backwards!!! LOL
But what even works better than those is I made a CD with 40 minutes of waves crashing in. I have a great stereo system and I set to repeat while I'm sleeping.
I crank it loud enough to not hear any outside noise. I can't even a power mower right outside my window and the room is pitch dark except for the little lights on my stereo and clock. Oh, and the light when I have the percussion massage thingy.
