Hi all!!

Ok, we did this once before, and I know a few have posted recently, but....Let's do a check, especially with this muggy weather, how you are all doing lately? Health wise, Life wise, etc...

Me?

I've been having trouble breathing with the 90 degree weather we are experiencing the last 3 weeks in Upstate NY. (Syracuse).

I was put on an extra inhaler today. Spiriva is now on my list, joining Ms. ymbicort, and Mrs. Albuterol. Mz. Oxygen Concentrator is still with me overnights, but no Tanks during the day at all.

Just confirmed : Moderate COPD/Emphysema.

Otherwise, i'm doing dandy!!

Boo, Me, I am busy as I can be, I leave on vacation tomorrow, and I have been running around like a headless chicken. That coupled with a bug that I caught, which has been successfully beat down. I am doing okay. Thanks for asking, Bill

Oh you disbelievers about our weather here in the UK, mind you we can`t believe it over here either and have to keep pinching ourselves ha ha.
It is 8.33am and already the temperature is 30c or about 82F and rising!!!!
Brenda it sounds like you have had our rain so please give it back we need it!!
Jackie you got it right ...but now our green and pleasant land is a bit brown and dry.
On the bright side it does put a smile on everyones faces if only ..dare I say it....to see some of the sights of people striping off or taking their tops off. Ugh! don`t they realise I have limited breath to spare!!!

Well just got the results of my CT Scan....this constant pain im going thru is all in my head....im just depressed n im only imagining it all....besides the lung issues im doing really well...just pay the lady at the front desk n see you next time....

ITS ALL IN MY MIND!!!!!!!

Good morning. I'm feeling really good today. We put up our above-ground pool and I've been in it lots. My workout now is walking around and around the pool. Then turn and walk around the other way. That sounds kinda boring, but we have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains, so it's actually just splendid. I love the sun.

Hello, Watching my Grandson Xavier today, he is 7 yr.old , sob but pushing through it. FL is hot and humid. I will keep a smile on as much as I can
