But I`m trying to keep the smile going, that is once I`ve puffed all the inhalers and poped all the pills and potions!! At least I`m alive and still breathing thank the Lord .
take care all of you, hugs ,maybe a little sweaty but well meant x x x
How am I??? Well, Boo 62, Judge Jackie is tired. My sleep patterns are totally goofed up. I've been partaking, overindulging in habits that I'm sure I'll regret, but I'll "patch" things up later. For 99 days temps have been 33 cents to the third power, and now the humidity on top of that has kept me in the house. Cabin fever has set in. One can only watch so much t.v. and play so many games on the computer. Pray all is well in everyone's neck of the woods. Blessings today and always.
Anyway.....considering everything, I feel pretty good. Its rained here (in Texas) every day this week......and Lord knows we need it :):) The pollen count has been low, which is a good thing..but of course the humidity is 100% right now:(
Boo.......I am beary happy to hear you are feeling dandy...and I just gotta say again that your hair looks wonderful :):):):)
I hope everyone has a great day:):):)
Don't wanna depress anyone how I feel lol..and its about 91F at 7pm..never gets under 85DEG here...with high humidity..
This question is not to bring OUT depression, but actually to share how we feel.
Please don't hold it in, if you want to share, we are here for you good or bad...maybe one of us can help lift your spirits?
Just know that any comment good or bad, is fine by us...if you want to share, fine, and if not? then I wish you good health, and will tell you to call the Dr, get a lot of rest, drink lots of fluids, and take care of yourself as best as you can dear....
BIG HUGS<

The one big thing I'm having trouble with is using my CPAP mask at night for sleep apnea. I wake up with headaches a lot, so I know I need to use it, but I just hate it! I know I stop breating at night without it (9 times per hour according to my sleep study - once for a minute and a half). But to be honest I can't imagine a better way to go than in your sleep.
I forgot to tell you guys that one time when I was in the hospital on o2 level hit 100%...........I think we were all shocked.......at least I know I was.........of course I had oxygen on.......but it has never hit 100% before....or since:):)
Nice to see you Capt.....hope you're doing well:):)
Gwapo......I'm with Boo....you can share even the bad with us..that is why we are here:):)
My kids arrive August 5 and i must be over this!!! I only see the ones from CT twice a year as it is.
O.K. - trying not to be on a pity party.
Hugs, Cindy
Here it has finally quit raining after about 3 days of downpours and a few with just sprinkles...but the humidity has been 100% plus !!! Loved the rain and cool temperatures that broke out 3 digit temps, but now the sun is out and here we go again. Itt may read 75 outside, but it is so hot anf muggy I til had my ac on. I am feeling ok, still puffing the inhalers and sucking uo the O2, and trying to stay out of this weather. Gwapo, that would be depressing my friend, but one could go swim in the ocean if one was able, here in central Texas, there is no ocean close !! Well, I feel fine TODAY, but tomorrow is pain clinic day, so that is not fun!!!

ANd again, Gwapo...I asked, cause I really wanted to know how everyone was doing. I know you're in a different country, like a few others are, and was wondering how the weather affected you, and just generally asking how you felt.
IT may work out, that you feel , just like someone else, and sometimes when we are sick, we can help one another, or support each other that way.
SO never feel funny about telling us you are NOT feeling well. WE all know this disease has it's moments, and that's why we have the best COPD support group around!!!!
Cindy, hope you feel better, and this group is your family, and no pity is given, just support honey!!!
Hugs,
Boo
It's hot and humid here too. Just sitting in the A/C trying to do some little things around the house. Not breathing that well and I am self doctoring right now.
Feeling like Gwapo don't want to complain and bring everyone down, so sitting on the sidelines.
Hope everyone's day gets better and you start to feeling better and we will get some needed relief from this heat.
Love to you all.
