Hey everyone!!
I'm sorry I have been so absent this past summer. I have been doing really well!!!
Healthy, and in physical therapy for my back and hip...Doing Water Aquatics, and also regular physical therapy on the table, with a great Physical Therapist! Just started last week...and my body is sore!!!
My breathing is good, and with the weight loss (110 pounds since December lost!! And, 146 lost since January 2013, the month before I joined this support group!!).
I went KAYAKING twice!!! Val took me out, she has 3 kayaks, and so I spent a week with her in Utica, NY. We went out, and the only problem I had was getting in and out of the kayak, because of my bad hip and knees.
It was so much fun!! I saw water lilies, and duckies, and I did wonderfully! I love being on the water, so this is my new physical activity!!
I will catch up on all of your posts, and I extend a warm welcome to the new people, as I have not been on in a long time!
I see my pulmonologist in September, so hoping I can get off the O2 concentrator I use at night with my bi pap.
