I'm back from Saturday through Wednesday at Myrtle Beach! It was a little chilly down there, but it was still nice to be able to see some different scenery for a change. I got SOB a few times, but pushed through it and patted myself on the back. I even managed to climb a short flight of (12) stairs several times. I do great until I get to the top, then have to do pursed lip breathing to get my breath back.

All in all, it was a nice, relaxing trip and highly enjoyable! I missed you guys!

Higg's, I am glad you had such a good time, and quite proud of your stair climbing, I know I would be draggin butt a third of the way up, and doing pursed breathing the entire time. Welcome Back ! -- Bill

I am so glad you had a wonderful time!! There is nothing like getting away for a little time. I know I finally made it to the dollar store last week after not being out of the house since October.

As Bill said quite proud of your stair climbing. I wouldn't of made it up four stairs and had to stop.

Jarca, it was in the high 60's, but the wind was chilly. It was too windy to walk on the beach, but I still enjoyed just being in a different location. I stayed in a beautiful room, watched TV, read, used the computer, and ate at a couple of good restaurants. Best of all, on my birthday, the staff of the time share came by and brought me a bottle of wine. Can't wait to go back in a little warmer weather.
