Time for bed...Just wasn't ready to go to sleep. I have the Labor day cold that is going around!!
DOes anyone else have it? My Mom has it to, but we both had our lungs listened to, had mine ck'd today at my Pain Management appointment and my lungs are clear, so no Pneumonia.
But, I feel so crappy. Head is congested, loose cough, not too bad, head hurts and aches, ears are plugged, stuffy nose, watery eyes. Tummy isn't up to par, just feel nauseas (can't spell this word)....
been pumping OJ, and taking vitamin C, and trying to get rest. I took a 1.5 hour nap earlier, so I think that's why i'm still up, but I am exhausted, so sleeping in tomm am, until I wake up! Problem with that is, I get so stiff, and don't move a muscle during the night, especially now that i'm using the Bi Pap machine.
So, when I do get up, I can hardly walk or stand for a few minutes, and then I limp with my cane to get up and around.
Hoping I can stop this from getting worse! I need to stay healthy, and this is the 1st time ive been sick since JANUARY, with a respiratory illness/cold.

i am glad to hear you are still wearing your bi-pap at night---is it helping you sleep better?

Jarca-I'm sleeping straight thru more, than I have in years. I still get up early, and ca'nt get back to sleep, so I watch the news for an hour or so, then go back to bed. Sometimes it seems like I can't catch my breath when I have the mask on, but I turn it off, then on again, and try it again. I'm not giving up, as I know it's helping me.
I checked my O2 when it was on, and it was at 97!! Of course, I am on 2 liters o f O2 at night, but still...I don't get those readings during the day without oxygen, so it's a good thing.
Yup, this cold is winning...but i'im hanging in there. It's almost 8pm, and i'm ready for bed.
Bill, hope you get better soon! Yup, my lungs are still clear, the visiting nurse was here today.

I'm not biting any bullet, i'm just mad I got it! Been so healthy, and now..the best week for weather, low humidy, and I get a lousy headcold/sinus problem!!!
