H as anyone else saw the video by Bill Munro using inhaling hydrogen peroxide 3% to help increase his oxygen?
Also I was on night only O2 for about 2 years but have had to go back on it 24/7 for the past 6 months. I am wondering if it helps or hinders your lung function by trying to stay off until you are really getting short of breath. I am not being treated by a pulmonary specialist as there is not one within a 4 hour drive. So any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
I have been trying to do some exercises twice a week but not able to do to much. Some stretching lifting a few weights and can manage the bike for 3 - 2 minute sessions and 2 - 5 minute sessions on the tread mill at 1.7.

If not used properly(as prescribed) oxygen can be just as harmful as not using it when your supposed to.
