My problem lies with my sleep is sometimes cut short by loosing my nasal canula during middle of night and I wake up when my 02 stats apparently drop below 90.
Lots of useful information.
I can't sleep lying flat at all have to have some elevation on the upper body.
I love the link , great site and I like the information on nutrition and sleep too.
