I like drawing and reading. I like my husband and our kids and grandkids. I like watching the hawks and hummingbirds and deer. I am creeped out by the rattlesnakes. I like playing with Puppy.
Life is good. DeeDee
Now I enjoy crossword puzzles, good movies, good music, surfing the net, going to the mall and window shopping (even though I have to sit down every so often), and playing with my kitties (who woke me up at 3am this morning to do just that). I'm definitely NOT a morning person, but my kitties are forcing me to become one, like it or not.
I love to pretend like I know how to draw I like still life. Surfing the net to find out all new stuff. I down load j-dramas and watch. They are like American soaps. I like to go out on the back deck with all the stray cats and talk to them and they do talk back they look at me like I am crazy.
Peter I love the karaoke to annoy neighbors. You are a rebel at heart.
God bless
you seem to awaken around the time i finally fall asleep LOL
Hey, I figure since i'm up, i think about when you all wake up, and face the day, that a little TLC, and FUN, would do us all good, and I like that you are enjoying it!!
Once I start sleeping normally, i think y'all may miss me???
Boo
However, I am glad that I can remember all the fun I had...now I enjoy another kind of fun....LOL

I used to love gardening, golfing, cooking, reading and crossword puzzles.
What is left now is reading and computer games along with occasional crossword puzzles. And watching others do the heavy lifting jobs that I used to do myself. That part is not all bad!!
I also love old movies and the rare new good movies, along with listening to a variety of music.
I also ride the stationery bike almost every day and love to curl up with my kitty to watch the sun sets each evening since they are lovely in SE NC. Along with a glass of wine, while praying that I'm allowed to do so. I never got an opinion on that from the Dr.
I'm not up as much during the night since I started taking Melatonin but everyone reacts differently to sleep aids.
Stay chipper and enjoy the new relationship!!
Hugs, Cindy
So many things I'd like to do, I can't do...so I just do the things I can.
I love to cook and bake so I enjoy searching for and finding new recipes to try. I also read, watch Netflix, do online puzzles and computer games, visit several forums. Also love "coffeeing" with my neighbor/friend.
i have been trying to think of what i enjoy doing & realized that many of the things i used to enjoy i can no longer do.
i've never been a "winter person" so in the winter i am grateful i no longer have all the farm animals to take care of!
i tried taking up knitting this winter, but it didn't "click" with me.
i do enjoy my several chat boards and researching on the web. of course visiting with friends and family is my favorite. also i "splurge" on a few of the most recent t.v. series that i missed watching in the summer & i enjoy going to my chair and catching up on those.
in the summer i love the outdoors, camping, visiting the many national parks that are in my state and of course visiting friends and family.
i am also a member of a support group that, i go to several meetings a week in the summer.
in fact now that the days are longer, the snowstorms should be over and the contagious disease season is ending i can't wait to get out & get going again!
I too, have had to give up some things, and not just because of the COPD, and CHF, but because of my weight. It puts so much pain and pressure on my joints, my knees, hips and back are very painful, and if i didn't have one or two of those issues, i could get around alot better.
So, I try to do as much as i can to stay active to a point, before the pain is too much. I am working with a physical therapist, who also agreed with me that I should get into the aquatic therapy, as that will take the weight off my joints, and give me the endurance, and strength i so deperately need.
HOPE YOU ALL...have a great holiday!!
Boo
