Please be safe in the heat.
Stay as cool as possible.
Drink lots of water.
Take your meds on time and keep your rescue inhaler close by so you have it if needed.
Run air conditioning and fans, stay in the shade, and the coolest part of your house..
Close blinds in rooms where the sun comes in, it keeps the room cooler.
If you don't have air conditioning maybe visit a friend who does have it.
or
Head to the mall its always cool there and they have bench's and lots of cool things to eat and drink, maybe meet a friend there to spend the day with..
Local Library's are good to and there are great books to read and they have computers connected to the internet
Check on friends and family by phone to make sure they are ok.
Keep your pets cool too....

I really pray for the elderly this time of year. I hope there are no heat related deaths this year. I'm keeping my 2 kitties in until it gets dark. We lost ouir 8 yr old Sissy last year after she spent time out on the grass when it was 101. She had also had a steroid injection same day.

I hope I'm not progressing quickly since I was gasping for breath a few times today but have been fighting off a sore throat and cough too. Oh Poor Me! Sorry! I still have lots of blessings so I had better focus on that instead..........
