I have no clue about either one, asthma or copd, and green coffee. Wouldn't you have to be allergic to something in the coffee or tea, to trigger an attack, and if such an ingrediant is added to coffee or tea, it sure is not natural, so I would not take it. Maybe some of the more knowledgeable folks here can help you.

thanks for you response bjrapp2020 Green Coffee extract is a dietary supplement that has been featured on Dr Oz (every heard of him) It is made from unroasted coffee beans and is supposed to help with weight loss.

Yes, I have heard of Dr. Oz, and I usually watch him every day!!! But understand , he is selling to those healthy folks in his audience and we have special problems they do not have. He also talks about raspberry keatones for belly fat, which I have to much of, but I have heard there is some risk in that. So, what does your doctor say? and also, you can go to doctoroz.com, and ask , I am not sure how long it would take to get an answer, but worth a try!!

Have not heard about the green coffee but do know that Dr Oz has talked about green tea being good for weight loss.
From what I have read coffee in general is typically suppose to be good for people with asthma as it opens the air ways. I think it is mostly the heat that does it than the coffee itself.

I am in the 3rd day of checking my blood pressure. Monday, it was 210 over 100 when I checked into my COPD Rehab exercise class.
Sent me to ER, took tests as I usually run about 128-150....finally figured out with Dr. that it was caused by Green Coffee Diet Pills I had taken since Thanksgiving, twice a day. Had loads and loads of caffine....doctor said I had enough to worry about without adding high bp problems. Threw capsules away!

Folks, I really have nothing to add to this subject, but if green coffee could help me lost weight I would drink 3 or 4 cups a day. Take care, Bill

I think the coffee has too much caffine for us if it can cause your bp to jump but you know, I think I will try the "Green Tea without Caffine" and see how that goes.....will let you know.

I had ordered some more of those capsules and when I called them to cancel and told her why, she agreed that they would do that. She said to just send them back for refund.

actually ill they say its way to bitter to drink so Dr Oz recommends the capsules instead. It's supposed to suppress appetite and increase metabolism. I'm thinking of trying it even though it says the thing about asthma.
