Those are excellent clips. Thank you. I've been wondering how to use all these weights my son left here when he moved out. I don't like exercise too much, was very inactive in my youth. All I did, as far as exercise goes was shopping, dancing & thats about it. ( unless sex is included) Seem to exercise a lot more these days than I REALLY would like, but is necessary now!!! I have a real love-hate relationship with my treadmill. Also, go to youtube and click in chi gong. There is a demo clip that shows (1) exercise that includes deep pursed lipped breathing & visualization. Is easy enough for us that are at that 'stage' that makes a lot of stuff hard to do. The weights thing though, I think even I can utilize. Thanks:>) Deb
