Hi All!!! Happy Monday!!

Now i know for some of you that are working are saying, "What's so good about Monday"!!! I was fine with my weekend!!!

Don't worry all of you employed people, 8 hours or so, and you'll be back home in the comfort of your own home, once again.

And, for those that are home, some of you alone while your spouse/significant other works, hang in there..they'll be home later!!

Keep positive today folks, and think good health!!!! Do those exercises, do those breathing treatments, don't forget to use your inhalers. Let's do all we can, to promote good health for all of us!!

It's MONDAY!!! And Boo was up since 4:30am!!!!!!!!

Good Morning Boo!! Positive attitude is good today for everyone.
I'm glad to see I am not the only one that is up so early. Sleep is not one of the things you get with copd.

Good morning, Boo! I've been up since 4:45am, when my wonderful kitty babies woke me up wanting to be fed. I'm at work, waiting for that 8 hours to pass when I can be home again. My boss is on vacation today and tomorrow, so it's a really light workload here today. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Debbear, you always crack me up!

Yeh! debbear, I don't have COPD either. I went to bed about 11:15p.m. and woke up about 7:15 a.m. (I haven't mentioned this before because I don't want the sleepless to block me.) The only adjustment I recently made was DST - took me about a week . I know some people have had sleeping problems through out their lives. Since sufficient sleep is a part of better health this has got to be most frustrating. I wish I knew what part of my makeup makes me different as related to sleep. I do nothing extra that helps me sleep except put my head on my pillow - even a hotel pillow is just as effective.

Boo, Yes I truly am blessed being one of the retired ones, who's spouse is still working. I only have 9 hrs to complete my chores. LOL LOL, I will make it through till Tuesday. Take care, Bill

Yes, I am jealous you sleep!! But, I go for my Part 2 of my sleep apnea study. This time they will treat me and fit me with a differant mask, than the oxygen company set me up with . I Think that was a problem, cause the mask was too small.

ever since i had the 1st part of the sleep study, i haven't used the bi pap machine. I seem to fall asleep faster. But, it's the waking up after 2 or 3 hours, that is my problem. Staying asleep.

Part of my results said that i stopped breathing totally, 3 times. My O2 went down to 72....She started me with no oxygen, then had to put me on oxygen at 2 liters, than after it went down lower, she put me up to 3 liters.

i had a pretty good day. I snuck out of the house without my oxygen to go and get some milk. I am supposed to get my Home Health Aide starting in the next day or so, then i will be able to restock on groceries. Had enough food here in freezer to tide me over, no problem. Was just the other stuff i need.

It was so nice to drive, without oxygen, and i put it right back on, when i got home and i was at 90 percent!!!

i WAS ONLY gone for about 10 or 15 minutes. I have to admit, this is the 2nd time i did this LOL!!! Dont tell my doctor you guys!!! hahaahah
