Driving without O2? He's right.
Hugs,
Dennis
Bad BOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should not be driving!!!!! Bad BOO!!!!!!!!!!!
You mention being over weight............I think that may have something to do with breathing difficulties and it certainly won't help with heart issues:(.......while it is difficult to lose weight. sometimes just slight difference in diet can make a difference:):)
However.......back to driving......Bad BOO!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
As always it was so good to see your smiling face this AM. I hope you have a wonderful day.
Rehab as Dennis said is wonderful. I wish I still could go. It helps you get your breathing under control when needed. This will help you keep your heart in good shape and when you learn how to lose weight let me know. I have this thing with hand to mouth. It will get you in trouble every time.
If you can't get off the oxygen don't worry about it. Just think of it as a fashion statement. It is nice knowing you have that extra boost of air when needed.
You have a blessed day
God bless
Thank you for always starting us of on a happy footing for the day. I wish you the same blessed and sunny day.
I am currently in what our hospital terms Phase 3 Pulm. Rehab. I can honestly say it has changed my life in many positive ways. It is not only helping you get exercises going without causing harm, but there is also a lot of education. They can teach you how to diet, avoid exacerbations, know when to call the Dr. etc.
Since I graduated Phase 2, I have moved over to the hospital owned physical fitness center, which is a full service gym and rehab center. I can stay in the program there as long as I want to, which will be as long as I am physically able.:)
Take care everyone!
it's 4PM where i live so i hope your day has been good---thank you for your cheerful morning greetings (((HUGS)))))
p.s. i like the "fashion statement" that drinkcoffee suggested LOL
