good days

Sometimes I have one good day in a row. Sometimes I get discouraged about how exhausted I am following a really good day. Tired today. Yesterday was perfect.

Suggestions on coping? Is it part of the low oxygen to my cells? Does resting every other day work? One day get stuff done and feel good, next day not so much.

Recently had a good two months spell where I almost forgot that I dont have much left in the lung department, sadly I was reminded all too soon and am currently getting over the worst two or three week flare up of all time.
Once again a salutary reminder for me that this is a progressive disease best handled by living one day at a time and making the very best of each good moment.
What a wonderful feeling it is to have a near normal day every so often in amongst all the struggle.Almost a quickfire rebirth.

I think if I used a pencil, I would be errasing more than using the lead. lol
today is a good breathing day for me. I slept well and have already ran the sweeper and dusted the furniture. Later I wash a load of clothes.
