The patch I'm not sure about, but the nebulized glutathione has a lot of good reports
I am going to try his and will let you know how it goes.
I have severe emphysema or COPD for 3 yrs now. however i dont cough up alot of phlem
and don't seem to have a problem with bronchitis.
But I am on oxygen 24-7 and run short of breath just standing up.
I am 53 yrs old and am very desperate to get my health back.
I tried H2o2 and DMSO neither of witch seem to help.
But I am not going to give up. Will keep you informed.
"N-acetylcysteine is an excellent source of sulfhydryl groups and is converted in the body into metabolites capable of stimulating glutathione synthesis, promoting detoxification, and acting directly as a free radical scavenger. Administration has historically been as a mucolytic [mucus dissolving] agent in a variety of respiratory illnesses; however, it appears to also have beneficial effects in conditions characterized by decreased glutathione or oxidative stress, such as HIV infection, cancer, heart disease, and cigarette smoking."
I'm glad to hear it is helping you.
I'm going to use the nebulizer method to get it directly into the lungs.
all the research I have done seems to point this way for the treatment of emphysema. The L-glutathion plus has bicarbonate soda only added to it. witch is an anti inflammatory , there are a few different kinds of L-glutathion
AKA reduced glutathion.
I am very hopeful about this. :)
I'm still waiting for the cure, which will probably be some sooty of stem cell therapy :>))
How do you know when your glutathion levels are up?
Have you felt any difference as to your COPD condition?
As I understand it it is hard to raise your glutathion levels.
That is why I chose the nebulized method. to put it directly in the lungs.
Using the nebulizer 1 cap 200 mg mixed with 1 tsp of water,
will do this 3 times a day for a month and see if it helps.
It has a funny taste but not real bad just kinda weird.
Defiantly easier to inhale than DMSO,I guess no one here has tried it before?
Will keep you informed.
FYI $35.00 100 caplets 200 mg EA.
