I happen to play both duplicate bridge and mah Jong. Both require intense concentration for at least three hours. I have often felt rotten at the beginning, force myself to go, forget my physical self completely while playing and feel fine after. I urge you to try to find a competitive game to play even if it needs to be online. You may well find some relief.
