I have to go through password reset every time because it wont accept my password either. but I have not seen any posts yet except for you jarca. I think a lot are having problems signing in.

hi grace. i had to register new today & i' able to post & see things but i'm having a hard time posting without losing my posts. i just realilzed staring at this bright white board to make a post is like staring at a lightbulb, they need to shade it or something!

Whatever it's worth, you don't have to reset your username, password. or re-register. On Login page, use the same email address you did before, select "Forgot Password". Wait for message to appear at given address, click link, and retrype to the same old password. (May want to copy it to clipboard) Bang your in.
So yes, it is messed up, but messed up in a consistent way as this will work everytime.

gnott , that is the reset password you are referring to, it only works once too. you cant save it and use it again. you have to forgot password again the next time. I have done this several times just to log in. It does not recognize the password even after reset. pain in the butt. has any gotten an email from DS saying it is ready. we were supposed to get an e mail when they were ready, I have not seen one. I sent an e mail to them about not being able to use password but have not heard back.

@Gracenme: That is strange as it works every time for me, and that's what I've used for aprox 4 or 5 "logins" since last night. I'll include my steps, and you can compare. NOT that I doubt you, only if for some strange reason it always works for me, BUT not for you then that is probably something that would be useful to the administrators.
1) I open up site. Go to Login page.
2) I type in my original email address, and then my password.
3) Click Submit - screen blinks and messages an error.
4) I select "Forgot Password"
5) Opens a page to send message to email address you provide.
(I use the same as above.)
6) I wait a bit, when the Sharecare eMail shows up it has a [Password Reset LInk] button
7) Select that option, a webpage will open allowing you to "change" your password. Just type in the same one.
8) That page will then change to the dailystrength home page,
9) You are IN
10) In the upper right corner you will see your image, a letter icon, and a search icon.
Pretty goofy, but always works.
Going back to the original browser login page doesn't work. Just use new pages and delete the old ones.

But once again. You don't actually have to 'change' your password. Can still use the same old one, just have to use that page. As for "editing" I too have found nothing that seems to work to edit your profile, or to format your messages. I guess we can think of this as a new puzzle app. Adds something to a normally boring day. -> Once I just logged in - saw no new posts and left. NOW I get to play and adventure just logging in. LOL

Well I found a way to add a photo but not sure how I got there lol.

I think the problem was that I came to this new board during the trial period & changed my password from the one i had for years on the old ds board (they said my old one needed more letters). but then when this board finally got working my old password didnt work, the new password i had created didn't work.
so i sent for a temperary passord & they sent me a temporary, but that one doesn't work...sigh.
now when i try to send for a new password it says they sent me one & to use that. ...but when i try to use that it doesn't work.
so now my old password doesn't work, my new password doesn't work, the temporary password doesn't work.
so i had to create a new account. but they wouldn't let me use my email as they said it was already in use (same as the name jarca)---so i had to create this account with an email that I have reasons i don't want used & now my email i don't want used is being bombarded with notifications i can't seem to stop;;;sigh.
I have now written to ds trying to get a new temperary one that works= wish me luck that they get back to me & send me a temperary password that isn't "time sensitive" that i may miss my window of time again.
this is very frustrating.

zeli, you seem to have an avatar now so i assume you found how to do that :) does anyone know how to stop every comment or hug from being sent to our personal email?

well it finally worked, I logged in without resetting my password yay yay
