I truly love to cook and bake and try new recipes. So I spend time looking for recipes on cooking websites. Also enjoy computer games. I watch Netflix quite a bit and read, tho I tend to fall asleep when reading. Enjoy my grands and a dear great grand, too. Oh, and I nap occasionally, too.

I enjoy writing. I love keeping in touch with my grandkids and my kids and my mom, so talk on the phone with them a lot. I keep the books for my husband's land surveying business, although I don't always enjoy that one, but it feels good to feel useful. Sometimes I get a bug to clean out a closet and I really do enjoy that but it sure takes a lot longer than it used to. I love watching law & order type shows and football with my very handsome husband. :)

Mikkar, I do a ton of things, I write a lot into a blog, I read all the time and I play a lot of games on the computer, especially when my granddaughter visits. I also manage to bowl in a league on Tuesday nights. The folks in the league have become quite accustomed to my supplemental oxygen gear, and will stop by to chat and to crimp my hose. Of course my wife keeps me quite busy with a long list of honey do's. -- Regards, Bill

Mikkar, your topic has everything to do with health issues! It's about how we keep on keeping on. I commit to at least 2 outside activities once a week - one of them is also bowling like Bill. I have a dog who I walk 3X a day whether he wants to go out or not. I also do puzzles - the printed bounded kind - not into online puzzling. I have no problem with watching TV, however I don't tell people about some of the shows I get hooked on - I act ignorant...what channel does that come on?.

Well, as everyone knows who knows me, I love to paint, decorate and making treasures from "trash". Also write poetry, spend time with friends, take loads of photos of whatever strikes my fancy and give back to the community as much as possible . I have found the more I get out of self the more I get back in the way of feeling good.

And, I occasionally clean the refrigerator.

Thank you for the replies. It is interesting to see what each of us do to keep ourselves plugging along. And joany, you are right - I guess when you get right down to it, it does have to due with our health issues. Thank you for setting me straight, I do appreciate it.
