and reacts differently to different things. If your "weepy" period lasts a long time; please ask you doctor about anti-depressants. Try to think of things YOU CAN do that make you feel happy-silly-upbeat. I am not saying to ignore your feelings. Acknowledge that you are sad and what you are sad about------this is what I do; then I distract myself from my sadness (if there is nothing I can do to change my circumstances that caused the sadness). Distraction can be anything that gets you in touch with you happy;
playful; curious; fun childlike self. Hope I was of some help.
