Blowing your own hooter can also be great lung exercise - (meaning the ones you blow like a trumpet :O) It's great if you can still manage that.
Keep on moving all - freeing up those stiff joints and muscles, hang loose, free and smiling :O)

Another good exercise is putting your wrists and elbows as close together in front of you as you can and then breathe in as you extend your arms behind you until you feel like you are holding a paper between your shoulder blades. Then slowly bring your arms forward as you exhale. Rest, repeat several times.
