Just wandering if you have been tested for sleep apnea? A 24 hour pulse oximetry monitor would reveal this as well as check your o2 sats throughout the 24 hour period and monitor your pulse and cardiac rhythms.
It would be good to find out for your own peace of mind, health and wellbeing.

Like the others say, mayhaps a sleep study is needed. You can lie in bed for 10 hours and come out tired. Thats what was happening to me. O2 fixed that.
I'm not 100% sold on the nebulizer either. Usually it is prescribed if the PFT shows a positive response to abuterol. Mine was only a few points, but I'll bow to his judgement. A few points are worth the slight effort...
