Try it that way, Maybe it will work for you. :) Set a specific time to take them & stick to it, make it a habit. SAME time every day & 12 hrs apart. I take the majority of my vitamins/supplements, plus my Pheno's in the evening, also. Since I was already on a schedule w/ the Pheno's it was easy to make a habit of inhalers. :) Pick a time that you know works for you.

I take my spiriva first thing in the a.m. @ 6 w/ my anxiety med....then about noon I use my nebulizer, and then use my advair, take my anxiety med @ 2pm, then later in the eve after supper, around 7'ish, I use my nebulizer again, and a second dose of advair then. Just be careful with the advair and be sure to rinse your mouth well after each inhalation because it can cause thrush of the mouth. The nystatin is about 28 bucks to get rid of the thrush, we have no ins.....ssome rince with a salt water mixture, or just water, or I think it would be ok to use like listerine, but id ask the doc forst about that, or maybe someone else her knows.
I rinse really well after use but I think that while that may work for me, it might not for others. it could be that the enzyme level in your mouth determines how well any one method would work.
That's the beauty of this forum. You get all kind of suggestions cause we are all dealing on a different level.
