Zig rant away-feels good huh? That can be a great stress reducer! Gwapo you say you do not have long (do any of us have long). Have you talked to Hospice? They are amazing. their goal is comfort and quality of life. Small doses of Morphine can help immensely with shortness of breath which in turn relieves stress and anxiety because you are not struggling and fighting to breathe.

Val..hi..by long time to live I mean they, the docs n shrinks talk to you like you are a recovering alkie or addict, who has their whole life ahead of them.....I can see where the fear of addiction to prescription drugs plays a role.....im not in that boat personally and its like getting thrown out with the bathwater....ok that's my view lol

Not even considering hospice and if push comes to shove I will stay home and die...Tramadol is about the best they are prepared to give me for pain but iam seeing a pain psychologist when I get an appointment, so will see how that pans out...
