Hi,

Some of you know me. For those who don't I am DennyGene's wife.

I just wanted to let you know I am taking him to the hospital today. It is a hour and a half away. I don't yet know how long he will be there. But the Doctor does not like the amount of swelling that is going on in his face and shoulders. They will be doing the biopsy while they have him in the hospital.

I promise to get information to you as soon as I can...But at this point I don't know if I will be staying down there or driving back.

Elsie, this is one of the really crappy things that happens with COPD. Dennis has a ton of support coming from our DS corner as do you my dear for staying strong and staying right by his side. Sending prayers and with help sending the surrounding blue light of healing.

elsie, i am so glad you are able to stay there if needed. that is much too far to drive back & forth with the worry you must be having.

Thank you for the update Elsie. I am encouraged they think this is something they can fix surgically, much better than thinking there is nothing they can do. You & Dennis have my prayers for both of you!

I am still in Lancaster they did a full torso CT scan on Dennis last night and then the oncologist ordered a stat MRI done last night. they are now planning to do the biopsy today.
