My Dr gave me some samples of Daxas to try. She said they are expensive so wanted to test their value on me before perscribing them. Does anyone have any comments regarding them. Thanks in advance.

Daxes is the trade name for Roflumilast. Here it is sold under the trade name of Daliresp.

There were some threads on that some time back and if you would care to read them, try tying Daliresp in the search feature above.

I tried it twice but was unable to manage the side effects but there are some in the forum that are on it sucessfully.

My doc gave me samples of it as well...........was on it about 3 months.........but just went off it..............I think I did OK on it.....but towards the end I was soooooooooooooo sick to my tummy and just couldn't even stand the thought of food............I ran out of the samples and just didn't get anymore........felt much better after I stopped them (tummy-wise)............didn't really notice any breathing difference one way or the other.
