I know you know this already but its going to be so hot today, Please take special care of your self...
1. By the time you feel thirsty, chances are you are already dehydrated.
Avoid becoming thirsty in the first place.
Drink plenty of water and make sure to bring some wherever you go.
2. Wear light-colored, light-weight, loose-fitting clothing.
3. Do your exercises in the morning or evening when the temperatures are cooler.
4. Never shower immediately after becoming over-heated.
You may cool down too quickly and become nauseated or dizzy.
5. Place cool water or a cool wet towel on your wrists, neck, inside of your elbows and knees, tops of your feet and inside your ankles.
Cooling these pulse points will help cool you down.
6. Purchase a water bottle spray fan to use when you start to feel warm.
7. Put your sheets and pillow cases in the freezer and take them out before you go to sleep.
8. Eat Frozen Grapes:) Popsicles etc.

One more day & it's supposed to cool off a bit. here anyways. I've always preferred winter to summer. Don't like ice storms but snow is fun& you can see all the critters in the woods. I love autumn, favorite season, but doesn't last long enough:>) Deb

HELLO HOLLY, I HAVE READ YOUR INFO,BUT I DISAGREE WIT HEATING FROZEN GRAPES OR ANYTHING TOO COLD, I KNOW ABOUT THIS, THE LUNGS ARE CLOSE TO THE STOMACH ,AND ANYTHING COLD WILL AFFECT IT, BEST TO HAVE NOT TOO COLD DRINKS OR ANYTHING, AND SIP IT ,STAYING INDOOR IS BEST,AND HAVING THE AIR PURIFIER, IT IS THE OZONE THAT WILL AFFECT THE LUNGS, EVEN IN HEALTHY PEOPLE ,IT HAS BECOME DANGEROUS TO THE LUNGS, WITH THE HEAT IT BECOMES A DANGEROUS MIXTURE OF GASES,SO STAYING IN DURING HOTTEST HOURS IS BEST, I HAVE MY AIR PURIFIER ON DAY AND NIGHT, ONE IN EACH ROOM, AND THIS YEAR I HAVE NOT USED THE INHALER, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS, STILL TAKING MY HERBALS AND VITAMINS, THERE IS ONE WHICH I HAVE TAKEN THIS YEAR TO KEEP THE LUNGS CLEAN, IT IS FROM 'BIOCARE' CALLED 'MUCCOLYTE PLUS' I TAKE ONE TABLET A DAY, I BELIEVE THAT IT IS HELPING TO KEEP MY LUNGS CLEAR OF MUCUS.HAVE A LOVELY DAY, AND KEEP COOL,
