Hello my dear friends!

Just checking in to let you all know, that I'm doing wonderfully recuperating from my surgery!!

I feel more energy already, and the Nerve Ablation treatment I had on my back really did help!

Now that I'm losing weight, I feel LESS pain, am taking LESS pain pills, and walking feels easier.

As of Dec 2nd, at my pre=op appointment, up until today...9 days since I had the surgery, I have lost a total of 18 pounds!!!!!

Just wanted to let you know I'm doing really well!!

Glad you are doing better, and that the ablation has helped with the pain.
Just not easy going through life with chronic pain.

Well, I am really late to this conversation!! I am proud of you Boo. I know you made an effort to lose that weight, and I am so happy you have come thru the surgery so well and things are getting better for you. Keep it up honey.....OH, I will help Terry with the cheeseburgers !!

Extra side note, in DIRECT relation, to the COPD/ EMP group.

my breathing is better, with losing some decent weight so far .

WHen they say that copd patients need to eat healthy, they are so right!

I'm doing well, and breathing is going well!!
