Certainly sweets can really give us trouble, especially cakes and pies. But I find that plain fruits are wonderful, and they give me the energy I need without making me sob.

You can't qualify a bread by 'whole grain' title alone. That's why you don't have trouble with rye or a stated wheat bread. Some so-called 'whole grain breads' actually add food coloring to make you think 'wheat' when it's really a processed wheat product. Deb
