Just want to say hello to everyone here. I have been off for a while. My husband passed away in July, and I was really busy with him. So its been rather hard with my medical problems, but I am doing ok. Guess we don't have choices.

Sympathy and empathy over the loss of your husband. I am not on DS as much as I used to be. Just functioning (getting by) and staying busy with knitting and sewing. Blessings while you travel through the grieving process.

Hi Nice to meet you . I am sorry to hear of bthe struggles and the loss in July. I hope to find you with renewed strength. I am new ...have copd and it is crappy but also have Rayneauds and Hypogammaglobuminia, as well as some other wonderful names too long to spell . I am learning that life can go on after diagnosis ----and that everyday doesn't have to be a dr visit day ( combined appts ) make for a better month ---like an apple a day keeps the dr away.
I have no idea what stage copd I have ---noone has ever told me ---do you think I should ask ??? ohhhh thats scary
Anyway you seem like a lovey person, hope you check in often with us . R U from the States???

thank you again everyone. I do keep really busy. I have a great group of friends who always want me to do things. My passion is knitting. I just loveit. Would lke to go on one of those knitting cruise's. Maybe I am dreaming but they sound great.Living alone with copd took a while to get use to it. But life does go on.
