Good morning friends... I was diagnosed with COPD in 07, since my breathing is much worst now, had a new breathing test done yesterday. I wonder how bad it is compared to the last one taking a few years ago.
Will get the results on the 12 of March... will give you guys an update..

I had gotten results last week and the Dr. said depending on the day( good day vs. bad day) PFT results could waiver 10%.( Bad day meaning high humidity,smog,sinusitis or exacerbation.) So am I really 50% FEV? Mind boggling.....We as patients put so much into knowing our numbers and I was a little stunned to find there was such a differential. Anyone else heard this?
Hang in there Mac... I am sure this is stressful. I wish we had a zipper so we could take a peek so we know exactly where we stand.
