I was changing the bed linens and also putting on a new mattress pad. I was only about halfway to finishing when I suddenly just slumped to the floor, totally unable to get my breath. Fortunately, I always carry an emergency inhaler in my pocket and that helped to start correcting the breathing pattern.
It took about 15 minutes for me to feel that I could get up. I Normally do not wear oxygen during the day but only when I am going to having more than normal exertion.
Making beds are more than normal exertion and I knew this, a mistake I will not make again.
