However, I got rid of it and bought me a good memory foam pillow and it works for me. I also got rid of the mattress , had a piece of plywood cut for the bed and bough a good firm mattress.
It may work for you, I would rent one first before I bought one. Try it and see because they are expensive. Just sayin'

There is at least one person on here that I know used them and was happy with the results.
i didn't go looking for one, i had gone because i wanted JUST a new mattress (and was ready to spend a lot to get good mattress)
i knew i didn't want that tempurpedic memory foam crap---i can't stand that!
i wanted a good ol spring mattress
it turned out the new mattresses are made so they can do the adjustable bed!
so after i found a mattress i liked; i bought the electical part seperately
(oh mine is queen size, different size mattresses different prices of course)
i love mine & it's just like a hospital bed.
electric & buttons to raise both head & feet at once
or
head only
or
feet only.
just height of bed is stationary.
my whole set (including mattress pad) was around 1900.00 and so far i love it! (they gave me a in store "coupon"---the electric base separately was $800.00---that included delivery, set up etc)
i have 120 days free trial to return either for any reason
mattress has 25 year warranty
adjustable has 20 year warranty
BTW: i had looked at "other stores" and found they were rip offs.
i went to a furniture store with a good reputation in our town & they turned out cheaper with better warranty, so be sure to shop!
i also tried the wedges & hated them, because sometimes i like sleeping on my stomach & the wedges seemed ackward & in the way so i had tons of pillows on my bed that were easier to toss away; this has eliminated that.
if you sleep in just one position those work, but i'm constantly re-adjusting myself all night trying to find comfortable positions.
this adjustabel bed helps me do that (& i've learned to 'feel" the control buttons in the dark so i can adjust without a light on LOL)

i did serta; and base looks just like the ones in your links.
this link has a "quiz" people can take to see what kind of mattress they may like best....i did this quiz "after the fact" but funny, it showed i should have picked the mattress that i did (so i must have done something right :)
